By submitting an application for committee membership, you must agree to this important blurb:

I understand that as a committee member at the Casa Costa Condominium Association, Inc. ("Association"), I have a fiduciary relationship to the unit owners. I may not offer to accept, or accept any thing or service of value for which consideration has not been provided for my own benefit or that of my immediate family, from any person providing or proposing to provide goods or services to the Association. Should I knowingly solicit, offer to accept or accept any thing or service of value shall, in addition to all other rights and remedies of the Association and unit owners, I shall be subject to a civil penalty in accordance with the Florida Condominium Act (Chapter 718 of the Florida Statutes).
