• Unregistered vehicles without tags may be towed

• No more than two animals per residence. No dogs over 75 pounds.

• Pool deck hours are dusk to dawn

• Unaccompanied guests must be registered

• No smoking (including e-cigarettes) in common areas

• Use occupancy guidelines of two people per bedroom
